Purchasing Original Artwork

All orders are placed directly via email info@juliaravenart.com.

How to Order

  • Browse the available original artworks listed on my website.
  • Please email me with the name of the artwork you’d like to purchase.
  • I will confirm availability and send payment details.
  • Please ask if you’d like additional information, photos, or videos of the artwork before purchasing!

Payment & Shipping

  • Payment is required in full before shipping.
  • I accept PayPal worldwide and other payment methods in Estonia.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within one week after payment is received.
  • I ship worldwide via tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
  • The standard shipment fee is included in the artwork price.

Guarantees & Refunds

  • I work with trusted couriers and ensure secure packaging.
  • If your shipment is lost, I will refund your payment in full.
  • Due to the nature of the artwork, I do not accept returns.

Signed Prints and Merchandise

 I offer signed and gold-gilded prints of my artwork, available on high-quality paper or canvas. Each print is carefully made to preserve the vibrant details of the original piece and then personally signed by me for authenticity.

How to Order a Signed Print

  • To purchase a signed print, please email me with the name of the artwork and your preferred print size.
  • I will provide you with payment details and shipping options.
  • After receiving payment, your print will be carefully packaged and sent to you via tracked postal service.

  • For prints that are not signed, or if you prefer a wider selection of products, please visit my artwork available on Saatchi Art and Redbubble.
  • My designs are also featured in merchandise on Redbubble, such as clothing, accessories, stickers, and home decor.

Ordering a Custom Artwork

For commissions, I create custom watercolor and pencil portraits in classic and fantasy styles.

How to Order

  • Email me your request, reference photos (if needed), and any ideas or preferences.
  • We’ll discuss details such as size, style, and creative direction.
  • Once everything is agreed upon, I will begin creating your custom piece.

Payment & Process

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront.
  • The artwork is usually completed within two weeks, depending on complexity.
  • Once finished, I will share the final images for approval.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval and before shipping.
  • I ship worldwide via tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
  • The standard shipment fee is included in the custom work price.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you decide not to purchase the piece after completion, I will retain the initial 50% deposit as compensation for my work.
  • Once shipped, custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
